Laurie Moye

Laurie Moye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process development and management within the Volvo Group. Currently serving as Senior Uptime Process Development Manager at Volvo Trucks North America since January 2017, Laurie oversees the Dealer Service Process and strategy aimed at achieving 99% vehicle uptime. Previous roles include Process Implementation Manager and Manager of Aftermarket Process Development at Volvo Trucks, where Laurie managed various portfolios, including warranty and service operations, and a team dedicated to enhancing dealer and customer experiences. Laurie's career began at Volvo IT, where responsibilities included global User Administration and Security Solutions management, along with system analysis and project management. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University.
