Willy Sanders

Willy Sanders has extensive experience in quality leadership and engineering within the manufacturing and mining equipment sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. BIW Quality Leader at Volvo Trucks North America since March 2016, previous roles include Senior Quality Engineer and Production Advisor. Willy's career includes over a decade at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities varied from Service Operations Representative to Section Manager and Engineering and Systems Designer, focusing on the integration, repair, and customization of underground mining equipment. Earlier experience includes positions as a Designer at Caterpillar and ABB, with a foundation in CAD and system design. Willy holds an Associate of Science degree in Drafting and Design Technology from New River Community College.
