Willie Montgomery

Willie Montgomery has extensive experience in workshop management, currently serving as Workshop Manager at T.French & Son since February 2017. Previously, Willie held the position of Workshop Controller at both Volvo Trucks and the Volvo Group from January 1996 to January 2017. Responsibilities include managing workshop processes, customer expectations, job profitability, and productivity targets while ensuring adherence to quality standards and staff training. Additionally, Willie has a background as a Bus and Coach Technical Trainer at Volvo Group from 1996 to 2003 and holds a City & Guilds Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Craft Studies from Kilmarnock College, completed between 1986 and 1990.
