Hannelore Stuhrmann

Hannelore Stuhrmann is a seasoned professional in leadership development and talent management, with significant experience spanning over two decades. From August 2021 to March 2023, Hannelore served as a Senior Leadership Development Expert at Volvo Cars, focusing on competence and talent management in R&D. Prior to this role, Hannelore was the Acting HR Director and Head of Leadership Development and Talent Management at Sjöfartsverket from November 2017 to August 2021. Hannelore also held the position of Partner and Senior Management Consultant at Preera for 14 years, after serving as a Business Consultant at DELMIA and an HR Assistant at IFS.
