Pan X. is a senior engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in both startup and enterprise environments. Currently, Pan manages four global teams at Volvo Cars, focusing on identity and access management, data compliance, and consumer data management systems. Previously, Pan founded Privacy1, a successful startup delivering SaaS data protection solutions, and played a key role at Spotify, managing significant data infrastructures and ensuring compliance with GDPR. Pan has also held engineering roles at companies like Smith Micro Software, Columbitech, and HP, contributing to various innovative projects throughout their career. Pan earned their degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
