Susana von der Heide has extensive work experience, starting in 1973 with VARIG Brazilian Airlines, where they worked in operations until 1992. In 1992, they founded their own company, VON DER HEIDE, where they currently serve as the Founder & Thinking Partner. In this role, they co-create the evolution path of the company as an HR solution provider and a dialogical company.
