Susana von der Heide

Susana von der Heide has extensive work experience, starting in 1973 with VARIG Brazilian Airlines, where they worked in operations until 1992. In 1992, they founded their own company, VON DER HEIDE, where they currently serve as the Founder & Thinking Partner. In this role, they co-create the evolution path of the company as an HR solution provider and a dialogical company. Susana is involved in talent acquisition, people analytics, and employee experience. Susana loves co-creating customized HR solutions with clients, acting as a confidential advisor for senior executives, and maintaining one-on-one dialogues with top executives. Susana also focuses on building effective workplaces using an agile approach, fostering individual progress, and creating data-based management environments.
