Antoine Dorcier

Antoine Dorcier is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry, currently serving as R&D Project Manager Mica at Von Roll since September 2011, focusing on the development of insulation systems for high-voltage rotation equipment, traction motors, and fire-resistant cables. Previously, Antoine worked as a Chemist at SuSoS AG, where molecule development for various projects was undertaken. An internship at ETH Zurich involved laboratory work on polymetallic polymers, and an assistantship at Université de Lausanne included conducting analytical chemistry practicals for first-year students. Antoine completed a PhD in Bioorganometallic Chemistry at EPFL and gained valuable experience through internships at Dow Chemical and education at CPE Lyon, where an engineer's degree in chemistry was obtained, as well as a master's degree in Catalysis and Surface Sciences from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
