Llewellyn Roux du Toit

Llewellyn Roux du Toit is a Partner and Patent Attorney at Von Seidels since February 2011, specializing in the preparation and prosecution of plant breeders rights in South Africa and internationally, as well as drafting intellectual property agreements related to plant breeders rights. Prior to this role, Llewellyn served as a Candidate Attorney at Werksmans Attorneys in the commercial department from 2010 to 2011 and worked as a locum pharmacist at various pharmacies, including Dis Chem and Clicks, from 2005 to 2009. Llewellyn holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Stellenbosch University and two Bachelor of Pharmacy degrees (B.Pharm.) from North-West University.
