Sean Litvak

Sean Litvak has extensive work experience in the facilities management industry. Sean is currently the Senior Director of Business Development at Vonachen Group, where they build and maintains strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Sean develops effective client-focused strategies and continuously assesses processes to meet client needs. Prior to this, Sean held the role of Vice President of Business Development at Vonachen Group, where they provided janitorial, healthcare environmental, and specialized services to various industries. Before joining Vonachen Group, Sean worked as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President - Strategic Accounts at Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC. Sean also served as Vice President - Operations and Sales, as well as Vice President - Sales, at ATALIAN Global Services. Earlier in their career, Sean held positions in sales, operations, and P/L management at Eurest Services and KIMCO Corporation. Sean began their career at KIMCO Corporation as a telemarketer and was quickly promoted to Regional Manager. Throughout their career, Sean has consistently achieved sales goals, improved gross and net margins, and provided excellent customer satisfaction.

Sean Litvak attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication with a minor in Business Communication. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Megamind Pro Certification from #MegamindPro in June 2020. Sean also holds an OSHA 30 - Construction Safety and Health certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which they obtained in September 2014. In addition, Sean Litvak is a Certified Business Services Executive (CBSE) from the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), which they obtained in December 2012.
