Alfred Brooks

Alfred Brooks is a Senior Information Security Engineer and Video Subject Matter Expert at Vonage since April 2014, specializing in the security and compliance of WebRTC-based Video API Platforms. With a robust background in security and compliance leadership, Alfred has played key roles in managing vulnerability, process reviews, and security audits, as well as resolving customer WebRTC and network issues during the company's transition from startup to enterprise. Prior experiences include managing telecom services for CCaaS, overseeing service improvement initiatives, and providing technical evaluations and training on Cloud Contact Center technologies. Alfred's earlier career includes positions at UPS, PRN Physician Recommended Nutriceuticals, SUNY Orange, Time Warner Cable, and FedEx Express, culminating in expertise in technology support, API compliance, and hazardous materials regulations. Alfred holds an A.A.S. in CIT Networking and Cyber Security from SUNY Orange.
