Amitha Pulijala

Amitha Pulijala serves as Vice President of Product for Cloud Platform Services, CX, API, and AI at Vonage, a leading APIs and Customer Engagement Platform provider, since November 2019. Under the leadership of Amitha, Vonage established a CPaaS Video-First strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team. Previous experience includes roles at Oracle Corporation, where responsibilities spanned from Director of Product Management for Digital Customer Experience to Senior Principal Product Manager, focusing on the launch and management of communication cloud services. Amitha has also contributed as a Lead Member of Technical Staff at BEA Systems and as a Senior Software Architect at T-Mobile. Educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership Program from Stanford University and a Master's in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas. Currently, Amitha is pursuing Executive Business Education at IESE Business School.
