Brad Odom is a seasoned sales executive with over 30 years of experience in enhancing customer experience within contact centers. Currently serving as the National Strategic Channel Director at Vonage, Brad is responsible for managing strategic partnerships to drive customer experience initiatives. Previously, Brad held various leadership roles at Talkdesk, CXM Recording and Quality Monitoring, and The Primas Group, where they consistently demonstrated expertise in sales operations, team leadership, and lead generation. Brad earned a BA in Communications from the University of Houston and has a background in marine science from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus.
