Joe Garchinsky

Joe Garchinsky is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in unified communications and contact center solutions. Currently serving as a Contact Center Solution Architect at Vonage since April 2020, Garchinsky has held various roles that emphasize technical leadership and system architecture. Prior experiences include positions as Senior Solutions Architect at BITS and ConvergeOne, where Garchinsky designed custom communication infrastructures, and as Unified Communications Product Manager at Air Products, leading global change initiatives. Garchinsky also coaches field hockey at Parkland High School, holding USA Field Hockey Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, and has previously worked in network architecture and consulting roles at companies such as AT&T, Comcast, and Equant.
