Laura Colón

Laura Colón is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles, currently serving as the Host of the podcast "Open to Work: Beyond the Label" since April 2025, where top talent in transition share their stories and expertise. At Vonage, Laura has held multiple leadership positions since October 2015, including Regional Vice President for the Western United States and Mid-Market West, overseeing successful sales initiatives and managing channel marketing campaigns. Additionally, Laura has been recognized as the 2024 Mentor of the Year by #GirlsClub, demonstrating a commitment to mentorship and diversity in the workplace, while previously leading teams and driving business opportunities in various capacities, including as an Account Executive and Senior Cloud Solutions Sales Specialist. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
