Niklas Heuveldop

Niklas Heuveldop has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the CEO of Vonage and Head of Business Area Global Communications Platform at Ericsson, positions held since November 2005. Throughout a distinguished career at Ericsson, Heuveldop has held various leadership roles, including President & CEO of Ericsson North America and Chief Strategy Officer overseeing the Technology & Emerging Business unit, which focuses on the Internet of Things and digital transformation. Heuveldop has also contributed as a board member for the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce and CTIA. Prior to Ericsson, Heuveldop held leadership positions at ServiceFactory AB and WaterCove Networks Inc. Heuveldop’s academic credentials include a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management & Engineering from Linköping University.
