Tim Roberts is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Vonage since February 2019, Tim has also held the roles of Engineering Manager and Product Owner, focusing on feature delivery for the Vonage cloud-based Contact Centre solution. Prior to this, Tim worked at Ericsson from February 2006 to February 2019 as a Development Project Manager and Principal Software Engineer. Tim began the career at Sony Electronics, where tenure lasted from August 1997 to February 2006 as a Senior Engineer. Tim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Surrey, earned between 1993 and 1997.
