Tony Jones

Tony Jones is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in operations and engineering within the contact center and cloud services sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Platform Engineering and Head of CCaaS DevOps at Vonage since November 2018, Tony leads a Cloud DevOps department for a global multimedia contact center service. Prior to this role, Tony held key positions at NewVoiceMedia, including Global Head of Operations and Principal Operations Engineer, and has extensive experience at BT focusing on multimedia contact center technologies.
