Vinod Lala

Vinod Lala is the Chief Strategy Officer at Vonage, where Vinod has been instrumental in transforming the company into a Communications SaaS/PaaS leader. Before joining Vonage, Vinod worked in various roles at Guggenheim Partners, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Throughout their career, Vinod has successfully led and executed numerous mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, and strategic initiatives in the communications, technology, and infrastructure sectors. Vinod holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Yale University.
