Ivan Francis

Ivan Francis has gained extensive work experience in various leadership roles in different industries. Ivan is currently working as the Vice President of Lean Business Systems at Vontier, where they focus on smarter transportation and mobility. Prior to this, they held positions at Anthem, Inc., where they served as the Director of Corporate M&A Integration Office and the Director of Process Improvement. Ivan also worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions and Cook Pharmica as the Director of Operational Excellence and Training, building operational excellence programs and overseeing KPI reporting. Before that, Ivan worked at Deloitte as a Manager in Strategy & Operations, leading consulting projects for Fortune 500 companies. Ivan also worked at Xerox Canada as an LSS Internal Consultant, driving improvement projects to enhance revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Ivan served as the Director of Corporate Strategy & Planning at Minacs Worldwide, managing the global corporate strategy and planning function. Ivan began their career at A.T. Kearney, where they worked as a Manager and Associate, leading consulting projects.

Ivan Francis holds a Graduate Certificate in Product Creation and Innovative Manufacturing from Stanford University. Ivan also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. Ivan's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Windsor. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Specialty Diver certifications in Aquanaut Diver, Underwater Maintenance, and Mine Diver Specialty from PADI. Ivan also holds a NITROX certification and an Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver certification from PADI. Ivan is recognized as a Professional Engineer by Professional Engineers Ontario.
