Jae In Yoo

Jae In Yoo has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Vontier. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from 2015 to 2021. Before that, they held similar roles as an Associate at White & Case and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. They also have experience as an Interpreting Officer in the Republic of Korea Air Force from 2005 to 2008.

Jae In Yoo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan in 2004. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at New York University School of Law.
