Jen Segreti

Jen Segreti is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as Global VP People & Culture at Vontier since March 2025, overseeing DRB and Invenco by GVR, as well as heading Vontier Talent Acquisition. Prior experience includes holding the same position at DRB from December 2022 to August 2024 and serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Talent. Jen's extensive background at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from January 2012 to November 2022 involved roles such as HR Director for Global Technology, where responsibility included strategic HRBP for global technology teams across multiple regions, and Director of Talent Acquisition for global operations. Additional roles at Goodyear encompassed HR leadership positions within North America Consumer Business and Retail. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Foundation Software from November 2016 to July 2018. Jen holds an MBA in Human Resources and a B.S. in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University.
