Ritesh Joshi

Ritesh Joshi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in prominent companies. Currently serving as the Regional Senior Director of People and Culture at Vontier since October 2024, Ritesh previously held the position of Director of Human Resource at Gilbarco Veeder-Root. Prior roles at Cummins India included Labour Relations Leader for India, China, and the Asia Pacific region, as well as Director of Labour Relations and HR Leader for the Cummins Components Segment. Ritesh's career also includes HR management at General Motors and leadership in training and manufacturing at Mahindra & Mahindra. Ritesh holds an MBA from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a PGCHRM in Human Resource from XLRI Jamshedpur.
