Stella Ma

Stella Ma, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in high yield and credit portfolio management. Currently serving as the Lead Portfolio Manager for Global High Yield at Vontobel Asset Management since April 2021, Stella previously operated as the Lead High Yield Fund Manager at Julius Baer, where the global high yield fund was launched under her leadership. Prior roles include Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Union Bancaire Privée, managing €850 million in investment grade corporate credit at the Swiss Federal Social Security Fund, and significant positions at Bluecrest Capital Management, Morgan Stanley, and ING Financial Markets, where Stella developed expertise in credit analysis and portfolio management. Stella holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science and was awarded the CFA charter in 2003.
