Nassim Ameli-Jouffroy

Nassim Ameli-Jouffroy is the Chief Operating Officer at Wizz, a subsidiary of Voodoo, since August 2019, focusing on managing publishing-related litigation, overseeing an intellectual property portfolio, and negotiating contracts for various publishing and game development matters. Prior to this role, Nassim was a Litigation Associate at JONES DAY® from 2015 to 2019, where representation included public and private entities in class actions, complex commercial litigations, and international arbitrations, as well as conducting extensive legal research and drafting various legal documents. Nassim holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, a Double maîtrise in French and English law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Bachelor of Laws from King's College London, along with a French Baccalaureate with an International Option from Ecole Active Bilingue Jeannine Manuel.
