Paola Laine

Paola Laine has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Paola is currently working as a Marketing Artist at Voodoo since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Konecta as part of the Creative & Web Services team for Banco Santander from December 2021 to March 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Paola served as a Video Editor & Motion Grapher at Vidsy. Before that, they held the position of Designer & Video Editor at Natureh from September 2018 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for optimizing content, video editing, and multimedia content creation for social media.

Paola's previous experiences include working as a Creative Producer & Video Editor On Air at HBO Latin America from February 2017 to March 2018, and as a Video Producer | Motion Grapher at Iron Agency from November to December 2017, where they focused on conceptualizing and producing promotional videos.

Additionally, Paola has experience as a Videographer and Video Editor for Tripclassics, recording fashion events and editing video clips for social media. Paola also worked as a Camera Apprentice at Cine Materiales in October-November 2016.

Before entering the field of visual arts, Paola worked as an Event Manager at Eventos y producciones Laicast C.A. from April 2014 to January 2016, successfully coordinating corporate and social events.

Paola's career began at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, where they interned in the Audiovisual Production Department from September 2013 to March 2014, assisting with production duties and managing studio reservations.

Paola Laine completed their Licentiate Degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies with a major in Audiovisual Arts at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2011 to 2016. In 2020, they obtained a Master's Degree in VFX Visual Effects from Lightbox Academy. Currently, from 2021 to 2022, Paola is pursuing a degree in UX/UI Design at Coderhouse. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained a certification in German A1.1 from Deutsches Zentrum Madrid. In 2016, they completed a short course in Film Direction and Production at "Amo ir al cine." Furthermore, Paola obtained a certification in English as a Second Language from Centro Venezolano Americano in 2012.
