Riivo Roose

Riivo Roose has extensive work experience in the technology and gaming industry. Riivo began their career at Playtech as a Developer in 2011 before moving on to Shazam as a Software Engineer. In 2015, they joined King, where they worked as a Backend Developer, Senior Developer, and eventually as a Principal Engineer until 2019. Riivo then joined Andjaro as a Principal Engineer before transitioning to Voodoo.io as the Head of Backend in 2021. Riivo briefly worked at NFTPort as an Engineering Manager in 2022 before returning to Voodoo as the Head of Backend in 2023, where they are currently employed.

Riivo Roose attended Hugo Treffneri Gümnaasium from 2003 to 2006, where they completed their college education in the Math/Science class. After that, they enrolled at The University of Manchester from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Riivo further pursued their education at the University of Tartu from 2010 to 2012, earning a Master's Degree in Software Engineering.
