Diego Medina

Diego Medina's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as an Infrastructure Technical Lead at Consorcio Libertad Digital. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Technical Operator at SAETA. In 2018, they joined Urudata Software as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2020. As a senior software developer, they used Microsoft-based technologies and played a role in receiving customer requirements, analyzing and estimating them, and implementing them on frontend or backend. In 2020, Diego moved to Sagal, where they served as a Senior Full-stack Developer. Diego was responsible for designing and developing new product features and integrating with payment and e-commerce platforms. Diego joined Vopero in 2021 as a Senior Backend Engineer and eventually became the VP of Product Engineering in March 2022.

Diego Medina attended Universidad ORT Uruguay from 2009 to 2017. Diego obtained a degree in Ingeniería en sistemas with a specialization in Desarrollo y arquitectura de software. In addition to their academic qualifications, Diego has also acquired certifications from Microsoft. In November 2018, they obtained the certification for Exam 483: Programming in C#, and in April 2020, they obtained the certification for Exam 480: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3.
