Sherell Bacchas

Sherell Bacchas is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and corporate finance. Currently serving as SVP Finance and FP&A at Vor Bio since September 2022, Sherell has held significant roles across various organizations, including Vice President FP&A and Snr Director FP&A at the same company, Snr Director FP&A at Genocea, and Corporate Controller at Ginkgo Bioworks. Previous positions include Associate Director of Finance at Bioverativ and Biogen, Director of COE at PAREXEL, and Director of Finance at Scholastic Book Fairs. Early career experience includes acting as Controller at Lockheed Martin and serving as Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche. Sherell holds a Master's degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
