Cynthia Ezeta Muñoz

Cynthia Ezeta Muñoz is an experienced sales professional with a diverse background in key account management and export sales. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at Vortex Aquatic Structures International Inc. since December 2021, Cynthia previously worked as Export Area Manager at Naeco and as Export Account Manager at Time Ceram SLU, where responsibilities included managing key distribution accounts and overseeing the sales cycle from negotiation to post-sale service. Earlier roles include Sales Export Assistant positions focusing on order management in Middle Eastern and African markets, as well as experience in banking at Banco Caixa Geral. Cynthia holds specialized training in Key Account Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School and an Industrial MBA from INEDE Business School, complemented by a degree in Business Administration from Universitat Politècnica de València.
