Janis Kotler

Janis Kotler is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll and benefits management. Currently serving as the Payroll and Benefits Lead at Vortex Aquatic Structures International Inc. since June 2022, Janis oversees bi-weekly payroll processing and employee benefits for both Canadian and US companies. Previously, Janis held multiple roles at Jam Industries Ltd from February 2010 to June 2022, including Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Manager, where responsibilities included managing payroll and overseeing employee benefits programs. Additional prior experience includes positions at Host International of Canada, Waterwell Irrigation, GoodLife Fitness, and AVS Technologies. Janis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Human Resources Management from Concordia University and a DEC in Social Science from John Abbott College.
