Winston Zhang

Winston Zhang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and urban planning. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Utoplay since December 2017, Winston has also held the position of Business Development Manager for China and Designer at Vortex Aquatic Structures International since February 2006. Additionally, Winston worked as an Urban Planner at the Urban Planning Institute of Shandong Province, China, from September 1995 to March 2003. Academically, Winston obtained a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Concordia University between 2004 and 2006 and completed a bachelor's degree at Tongji University from 1991 to 1995.
