Dennis McMurray is a Senior Design Engineer at Vortex® since March 2012, specializing in valve design for dry bulk solids conveyance, encompassing various types of gates and diverters. Prior experience includes a role as Production Supervisor at Schwan's Company, where management of pizza production and implementation of lean training were key responsibilities. Dennis also served as Manufacturing Engineer II at HAWKER BEECHCRAFT INC, addressing production challenges and supporting aircraft manufacturing processes. Previous positions include Systems Engineer at CAV Systems Ltd, focusing on general aviation aircraft projects, and Engineering Intern at Black & Veatch, contributing to the Lungmen Nuclear Project. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Kansas State University, earned in 2006.
