Igal Nassima

Igal Nassima is a seasoned expert in product development and creative technology, currently serving as the Head of Product and Technology at Vortic Art, where the focus is on constructing a premier XR publishing platform for the arts. As the Founder of Superbright, an award-winning creative technology studio, Igal has led initiatives in augmented reality, virtual reality, and physical computing. Igal has held various roles, including Adjunct Professor at NYU Tisch, where the course centers on Social VR, and Hacker in Residence at betaworks, focusing on prototyping and product development. Previous experience includes Director of Digital Innovation at Madwell, Founder and Director of 319 Scholes, and CTO at MyBlockNYC LLC, along with roles as a Creative Coder and Data Visualization Developer. Igal holds a Master of Professional Studies in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
