Jonathan G. Dick

Jonathan Dick is an Associate on the investment team.

Prior to joining Vortus, Jonathan began his professional career as an Analyst in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Jefferies, where he was involved in a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets financings, and strategic advisory assignments for clients across the energy industry. As an Analyst, Jonathan focused on asset and corporate level valuations through complex financial modeling and assisted in evaluating strategic capital financings. Previously, Jonathan worked for Luther King Capital Management where he initially established his client-focused financial industry experience.

Jonathan graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. Jonathan is also a junior board member of a student mentorship program at his alma mater, which focuses on assisting students in the early stages of their professional careers in finance.
