Shailesh Yadav, CITP® FIBP®

Shailesh Yadav has a strong background in project coordination, trade services management, and credit evaluation. Shailesh began their career at Citibank India in 2012 as a Credit Officer, where they reviewed loan requests, assessed clients' financial status, and managed customer requests related to mortgages. In 2015, they joined ICICI Bank as a Trade Services Manager, where they processed transactions for guarantees, letters of credit, and ensured compliance with international rules and bank policies. Currently, Shailesh is working at Vosker as an Operations Project Coordinator, where they manage various projects, defines project requirements, and ensures project objectives are met.

Shailesh Yadav, CITP® FIBP®, has a diverse education history. In 2019, they enrolled at Herzing College and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business and International Commerce Import/Export in 2021. Prior to this, they pursued a Post Graduation degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, which they obtained in 2016. Shailesh began their educational journey by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Mumbai in 2012.

In addition to their academic degrees, Shailesh has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Shailesh achieved the Certified International Trade Professional (CITP|FIBP) Designation from the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) in March 2021. Furthermore, they completed the FITT Diploma in International Trade in December 2020 and the FITT Certificate of International Trade in September 2020. Shailesh also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam in July 2022 and a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in January 2022.

Additionally, Shailesh has acquired a diverse range of certifications related to their field, including the Mutual Fund Distributors (MFD) Certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in September 2015 and the Depository Operations Certification from NISM in June 2015. Shailesh also holds a certification in Money Management & Understanding Credit from Enriched Academy, obtained in August 2020. Lastly, Shailesh has received the Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from World Education Services in March 2020.
