Karen O. has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Karen began their career as a Merchandise Assistant for BJ's Wholesale Club in 2011, followed by a role as a Product Protection Specialist for Checkpoint Systems in 2012. In 2013, they returned to BJ's Wholesale Club as a Merchant Support Specialist. In 2015, they worked as a Merchandise Analyst for The Paper Store and Production Operations for the Massachusetts Medical Society. Most recently, they have been employed as an Implementation/Project Manager for Votacall since 2021.
Karen O. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Additionally, they have a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute, which they obtained in January 2021.
