Vote Rev

As the only nonprofit behavioral design team in the progressive movement, we work with partner organizations to fill a critical gap: designing and quickly mainstreaming voter engagement tactics that help win elections and campaigns. We are a team of thinkers and doers. We’re a team of behavioral researchers and former campaigners. We believe you need both kinds of expertise to understand the way that campaigns—and the people who make them run—work. We're coaches and trainers. We work side-by-side with partner organizations to help staff and volunteers quickly adopt tactics and build the processes needed to refine and scale tactics well into the future. We're intentional risk-takers. We believe that the urgency around helping progressives win means that we can’t just retool old tactics and we can’t stop at reaching a few more voters here and there. In order to reach the voters needed to truly transform our democracy, we need to define underlying problems and design solutions that tackle them head-on—even if it means throwing out the rules.
