Ed Smeloff

Ed Smeloff, the Managing Director at Vote Solar, has extensive experience in promoting the development of integrated distribution planning for distributed solar and energy storage technologies. Previously, at SunPower Corporation, Ed worked as a Principal Project Developer in North America. Ed also held positions at Sharp Electronics, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, Pace University Law School Energy Project, and Sacramento Municipal Utility District, where Ed focused on solar energy development, strategic guidance, and public policy promotion. Ed holds a M.P.A in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from the University of California, Davis.
