Rick Gilliam

Rick Gilliam is a retired regulatory expert from Vote Solar, where Rick served as the Sr. Regional Director for DER Regulatory Policy. Prior to their time at Vote Solar, Rick worked as the Vice President of Government Affairs at SunEdison and held various roles at organizations such as Western Resource Advocates and the Public Service Company of Colorado. Rick's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Environmental Policy & Management with a focus on Clean Energy from the University of Denver. Currently, Rick is focused on their role as a Climate Rider, advocating for climate change awareness and support.
