Marc Bauer

Marc Bauer is a partner in the Public Finance Department of the law firm of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP (which is generously enabling him to work with VoteRiders). Marc has experience with financings involving cities, counties, museums, public power agencies, school districts, and both private and charter schools. He has been and continues as a member of the VoteRiders Board of Trustees since 2017, during which he has overseen numerous and pivotal projects. Marc is from Culver City and is on the Board of Directors of Temple Akiba of Culver City and the Culver City Finance Advisory Committee. Previously, he was an economics consultant at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP. Marc earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Southern California and his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University.
