Aline Sobrinho

Aline Sobrinho currently serves as the Gerente jurídica de contencioso e consultivo at Votorantim and as a Conselheira at the Centro de Cidadania Fiscal since February 2021. Previously, Aline held the positions of Coordenadora do Contencioso Tributário and Advogada - Contencioso Tributário at Grupo Carrefour Brasil from May 2017 to February 2021, and served as an Advogada at Mussi, Ogawa, Lazzerotti & Sobral Advogados from February 2014 to May 2017. Aline began their career as a Trainee and Advogada at Bichara, Barata & Costa Advogados from October 2008 to February 2014. Aline's academic qualifications include pursuing an LLM in Mercado Financeiro e Mercados de Capitais at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (2022 - 2024), an LL.M. in Direito Tributário (2016 - 2017), and additional specializations in Direito Fiscal and Auditoria Tributária. Aline holds a Bacharelado em Direito from Ibmec (2004 - 2009) and a Licenciatura em Produção Cultural from Cefet/RJ (2003 - 2006). Aline is also expanding expertise in Tributação de Fusões e Aquisições at Insper (April 2023 - June 2024).
