Hermano Esch currently serves as Gerente de Inovação at Votorantim since January 2019, focusing on incubating new business ventures associated with digital products through user interviews, journey design, and market analysis. As a Senior Innovation Analyst, responsibilities included managing the digital product pipeline, promoting a culture of innovation, and instructing Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies. Hermano began as an intern, training over 400 employees in Scrum and fostering a multidisciplinary team dedicated to innovation. Previous experience includes research on acoustic studies and 3D printing of saxophone mouthpieces at LAPRAS. Hermano holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo and has completed professional training in Product Management at Escola PM3, along with participation in the MIT Global Startups Lab in 2018.
