Neal Oman

Neal Oman is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Vouched, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Neal served as Chief Technology Officer at Plunk from May 2020 to July 2024, where responsibilities included executive and technical leadership. Neal also held the role of Chief Scientific Advisor, focusing on technical leadership and data strategies. Before Plunk, Neal was the Senior Technical Advisor for AI and Analytics at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory from May 2020 to October 2022, emphasizing data strategies. Neal's tech expertise was further established as Head of Data Science at Lamda X and VP of Research at HERE Technologies, overseeing multiple labs and research teams. Neal earned dual Master's degrees in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, as well as Aeronautics and Astronautics, from the University of Washington.
