Kevin Condún is an experienced product development and food scientist specializing in the innovative field of cultivated meat products. Currently serving as Product Development Manager at Vow since January 2023, Kevin leads the entire product development pipeline, from ideation to commercialization. Previous roles include a Food Scientist at Vow, where Kevin contributed to the development of groundbreaking cultivated meat offerings, including the first cultivated Japanese quail product. Prior to joining Vow, Kevin held positions at Kerry and Dawn Farms, focusing on plant proteins and meat alternatives, while also gaining extensive experience in research and development, process technology, and project management. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutraceuticals in Health & Nutrition from Technological University Dublin and several project management certifications.
