Zoe Marandos

Software Engineer at Vow

Zoe Marandos is a R&D Engineer at Vow. Prior to their current position, they served as a Consultant on the Platform Engineering team at Deloitte from March 2020 to April 2022. In this role, they led estimation, planning, execution and defect reporting cadence for project testing stream. Additionally, they managed automation test maintenance and development (Cucumber BDD, JavaScript), developed React components (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and automated API validation (Cucumber BDD, Java). Zoe has also adhered to SCRUM methodologies undertaking sprint planning, daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives.

Before their role as a Consultant, Zoe served as a vacationer at Deloitte from January 2019 to January 2019 where they focused on the design and implementation of Web Apps and REST APIs. Additionally, they spent time focusing on solution design, UML software architecture and software development. During their time as a vacationer, Zoe also developed Angular components (HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, SCSS).

Zoe’s previous experience also includes roles as a Research Engineer at UNSW from November 2017 to February 2018 and as a Tutor and Lab Demonstrator from July 2016 to September 2019.

Zoe Marandos has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechatronic Engineering from UNSW and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from UNSW. Zoe also has a Masters Exchange Student from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) in Life Sciences Engineering. Zoe is certified by St John Ambulance Australia (NSW) in Provide basic emergency life support, Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and Provide first aid.
