Earlier in the career, Ignatius worked as Head of Digital Content Production at Fuse Universal, managing a design team, and held positions as Multimedia Manager and Senior Graphic Designer at SucceedGroup, specializing in graphic design for various industries. Ignatius began the professional journey as a Graphic & Web Arts Assistant at Sapphire Logistics.
