Agata Polak

Agata Polak currently serves as the Head of HR at VOX CAPITAL GROUP, a position held since January 2018. Prior to this role, Agata Polak was the CEO of Ability Consulting from January 2010 to January 2018, leading training and consulting projects, particularly in IT, New Technologies, Manufacturing, and Services. Agata Polak has accumulated over 4,500 hours of training experience, along with expertise in communication projects and building client relationships for high-end products. Previous experience includes serving as HR Project Manager at Umano Solutions from December 2004 to January 2010, focusing on HR management projects such as performance reviews and competence analysis. Agata Polak holds a Master's degree in Philology of Polish Language from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu and has actively contributed to initiatives like the Scholarship Fund “Talenty.”
