Prior to VOX, Marcin was Chief Sales Officer and Consultant to the Board at BALEX METAL and held various consulting roles. Additional experience includes being CEO of Megastore.pl S.A. and Vice President & Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Ceramika Tubądzin. Marcin's educational background includes programs at Harvard Business School, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and CIM, along with a master's degree in Economics from Poznan University of Economics And Business.
