Debbie Namugayi, MA, LEED AP has a diverse background in sustainability and environmental consulting. Debbie currently holds the position of Vice President - ESG/CSR at VOX Global, where they focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior ESG Consultant at RE Tech, where they led the development and implementation of ESG programs for real estate portfolios. Debbie has also held sustainability management roles at Eastern Kentucky University and Bucknell University, where they were responsible for overseeing campus sustainability initiatives. Additionally, they have experience in sustainability research and outreach through their roles at the University of Maryland, Paladino and Company, and the Security and Sustainability Forum. Debbie has a strong educational background, having completed a Master's degree in Sustainability at Arizona State University. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, and program development across various sectors.

Debbie Namugayi earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Sustainability from Arizona State University, completing their studies from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Maryland between 2008 and 2011. Debbie'smajor was in Environmental Science and Policy, and they also pursued a minor in Spanish while being a part of the University Honors College. In addition to their degrees, Debbie Namugayi holds a certification as a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) in Building Design and Construction (BD+C) from the Green Business Certification, Inc.
