Deepshankar Ghosal

Deepshankar Ghosal serves as the National Sales Head - Distribution at VOX INDIA since August 2023, focusing on expanding the distribution network for an extensive range of products, achieving sales of over 100 crores for FY 23-24. Previously, Ghosal held the position of General Manager - Sales at Welspun BAPL - Sintex during its merger in March 2023. From January 2015 to February 2023, Ghosal was the Assistant General Manager Sales at Astral Pipes, where a successful Pan India rollout of the Electrical Piping Division was launched, establishing a network of 254 active distributors and generating substantial revenue. Earlier roles include Manager – New Business Vertical at Emerson Network Power, Business Head - Electrical Distribution at Grainger Industrial Supply India Pvt Ltd, and Sr-Executive - Sales at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Ghosal holds a PGDBM in Business Administration and Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a B.E in Instrumentation & Control from Pune University.
